Meet Kaj

Kajal Pankhania—Kaj to everyone who knows her—is Privalgo’s Director of People and Culture. But three years ago, she wasn’t sure she’d ever return to corporate life at all.

The Career Break Question

After taking time out to raise her young family, Kaj faced the question every returning professional dreads: how do you get back in?

Living in South Oxfordshire with three children, she’d written off London entirely. The commute seemed impossible. The corporate world felt distant. Then a phone call from a mutual connection mentioned an opportunity at Privalgo.

“I felt very, very nervous,” Kaj recalls. “I’d been out of the corporate world for quite a long time.”
