What’s your job role and what does that entail on a daily basis?
I manage a portfolio of corporate clients across diverse sectors, providing comprehensive financial solutions. My role involves coordinating international payments, executing strategic foreign exchange transactions, implementing risk management strategies, and developing alternative payment solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
What excites you about the payments industry?
The payments industry is incredibly dynamic, with approximately 45 million SWIFT messages processed daily, facilitating $150 trillion annually. Emerging technologies and innovative payment rails continually reshape the landscape, making this field both challenging and exhilarating.
What’s your biggest accomplishment since joining Privalgo?
After just 8 months, I was entrusted to head up my own desk; I manage client relationships, team members, and profit and loss centres. My selection is testament to Privalgo’s exceptional professional development culture.

What key piece of advice would you give someone entering the payments business?
Find a mentor who can provide critical insights and guidance. Their experience can help you navigate challenges, accelerate your learning, and avoid common pitfalls. Stay curious, ask probing questions, meticulously take notes, and dedicate time to continuous market research.
When and where are you happiest?
Right now. I’m blessed with a supportive family – a loving wife and two wonderful daughters who inspire me daily. I’m excited about the next phase of my career and the opportunity to contribute to Privalgo’s continued success alongside an exceptional team.
