We’ve consistently worked hard to provide the best possible service for our clients. While our exceptional client feedback shows we’re achieving what we set out to achieve, being recognised by Wealth & Finance as a leader in our space is a huge honour.

Best International Payments Provider and Forex Company of the Year
Our first accolade, International Payment & Forex Company of the Year 2024 – UK, was awarded at the FinTech Awards 2024 hosted by Wealth & Finance International.
This award is testament to the years of investment and dedication by our team to develop the very best client-focused payment and FX solutions in our industry.
We were also honoured with the title of Best International Payments Provider 2024 – London at the Worldwide Finance Awards organised by Acquisition International magazine.
The award highlights our efforts to ensure that our clients’ international payments are seamless and efficient no matter where they are in the world.
How did we get here?
Winning these awards is not just a celebration of our current achievements but also a reflection of the journey we’ve been on as a team.
At Privalgo, we’ve always prioritised our clients’ needs. In doing so, we’ve often chosen to take the longer, tougher road to support them in the best way we can.
For instance, we were never interested in using white label technology for our client platforms or internal systems. We could’ve been operational much quicker if we had, but that wasn’t the path we wanted to take.
Instead, we built all our technology ourselves. This gave us total control of the tools our clients use for their FX and payments, meaning we can be flexible to client feedback and agile in finding solutions.
We’ve also set our sights on solving our clients’ complex problems by building the world’s largest payments network.
This means establishing strong relationships with banks and other international payment providers to offer our clients faster, more accurate payments, an extensive list of currencies, and much more.
Creating such a network takes significant time and effort. But, by doing so, we can be confident our offering sits at the very top of FX and payments innovation.
But none of this means much without the relationships we build with our clients themselves.
That’s why we’ve always been committed to really getting to know our clients and their businesses.
We take great pride in our personal service; we’re always on hand to answer our clients’ problems and work with them directly to create FX risk management strategies to protect their profits.
By combining everything that makes our service what it is, we’ve been able to achieve incredible feats; and these two awards are testament to that.
