- Create unique passwords for your Privalgo account and other online services. A strong password typically includes a combination of letters (both uppercase and lowercase), numbers, and special characters.
- Be cautious of unsolicited emails, messages, or phone calls asking for your personal information. Always verify the authenticity of the communication by contacting us directly through our official channels.
- Ensure that your computer, smartphone, and other devices are protected with the latest antivirus software and updates.
- Avoid using public Wi-Fi for financial transactions whenever possible.
- Regularly check your accounts for any suspicious activity. If you notice anything unusual, report it to us immediately.
Privalgo employees will never ask you for:
- Your passwords.
- Your full bank account details, PIN, or Authy code.
- Remote access to your computer or mobile device.
- Personal information via unofficial channels like WhatsApp: Any request for sensitive information will always be made through official Privalgo communication channels.
- Immediate action under threat or a sense of urgency: Genuine Privalgo requests will always allow you time to verify their authenticity.
